By scheduling this Consultation, you agree to engage Devon Rios, Esq. to provide one fifteen (45) minute session in exchange for a flat fee of $298.00 for this consultation. This fee is fixed and constitutes complete payment for the performance of services under this Agreement and does not depend on the amount of work performed. Client acknowledges that this fee is negotiated and is not set by law. The fee shall be paid by Client in advance of the services to be rendered on the date of the Consultation. The fee will be deposited into the Attorney’s operating account. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: All cancellations for scheduled calls must be made no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled call time. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within this 24-hour window. You may to reschedule your call up to 24 hours prior to the originally scheduled call time.
